Fully awake, slightly overwhelmed, emotionally honest, creatively restless, and no longer interested in pretending everything is fine. Also known as: feeling all the feelings, telling the truth anyway, and making something beautiful out of the mess.

Unsedated is a place for all of us to be ourselves. We’ve all experienced something in our lives. It’s how you come out on the other side that matters.
